3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) PH366 account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim bonuses more than once — is a direct violation of these PH366 terms and conditions and may result in permanent suspension and the forfeiture of any funds or winnings associated with those accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Supported Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on PH366 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We currently support the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) use per player, per household, and per device/IP address.

6. Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not accepted after bet placement, except where a market is declared void by PH366.
• PH366 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were created in error (incorrect odds, incorrect line, etc.).
• In the event of a system error affecting odds or markets, PH366 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund stakes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under PH366's terms and conditions. Violations may lead to immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and possible reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities:

• Creating or using more than one PH366 account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets.
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game/match outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financially illicit activity through the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

PH366 may suspend or close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any part of these terms and conditions, if we receive instructions from regulatory or law enforcement bodies, or if we deem it necessary to protect the platform's integrity.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach (e.g., voluntary closure), any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled.

You may close your account at any time by contacting PH366 customer support. We recommend settling all active bets and withdrawing your balance before submitting a closure request.
